The Weichai 90C (GJ90C) is a radial-flow turbocharger designed specifically for the Weichai WD615 (Steyr-platform) diesel engine. Mounted on the exhaust side, it uses the engine's hot exhaust gas to drive the turbine, which in turn drives the coaxial compressor, forcing filtered fresh air into the cylinders.
